(Oops replied to the wrong post) but yeah it got so weird like the voice in her head was her adopted father who she thought was dead but he betrayed her but then he really didnt and???? Only James Patterson, truly.

oh man, I forgot about The Voice. It was her kinda dad, who was actually her dad, and then it wasn’t, or something, right?? 

And she had a brother who really DID betray her and die, but only after being abandoned by his dad and genetically altered to lead a band of flying werewolves, with a life expectancy of 5 years of less. Somehow, he convinced other scientists to do this to him when he was like, eight??
