MAY LOVES: WATERCRESS
One of spring’s fresh greens that transitions nicely into summer is Watercress. My love affair with watercress began way back in 2006. I was working in Long Island City and there was an Asian deli in the basement in my office building. There was a watercress, green apple and brie sandwich served on a french baguette. IT WAS AMAZING! Peppery watercress, sweet and sour apple, creamy and earthy brie. I would suggest you try one!
