Sam on Lestat’s pride in Louis embracing vampirism and Louis finally claiming it himself.

Sam : Um, I think I'm just thinking back, like very vividly remembering the Alderman office in season 1, when Louis comes in and he's like, "I'm a vampire."

Sam : And, you know, I'm glad it was cut. Yeah, he's really, really good like that. And it was just a very cool moment. "I felt like Lestat in that moment, going like, yeah, you are a vampire finally," you know, and me,Sam just going, wow, he's doing such a good job [Jacob]."

And originally, actually, Lestat was in that scene. He was hiding outside, looking through the window. And I was there, I mean I was there shooting my side, looking through the window, and Lestat was really, really happy.

Rolin : I totally forgot he was outside.
