maya: *nods* she showed up about half an hour ago. i told her you weren’t home yet but.. she insisted on waiting for you, said it was important. she seemed pissed, caleb..

caleb: *under his breath* shit.. alright, i guess i’d better go talk to her then

maya: wait, caleb.. what’s going on? why is she here, and why does she seem so mad? is this about when you went to see eden? you’ve been acting differently ever since then.. did something happen?

caleb: nah, don’t worry about it, okay?

maya: caleb.. *sighs* you never tell me anything.. it makes me feel like i’m not important enough to know these things
