That should mean Steven is 23 but the problem is the movie

The movie released 3 years after that episode and Steven was 16. Now one could just assume that in movie time he's 16 turning 17 soon but then there's Future where he's still 16

Google says he 18 by the end; I don't trust AI overview and Reddit all that much but let's say they're right for hypotheses sake.
