This is going to sound incredibly pedantic and idpol, but I feel like there's a discussion to be had in the last minute switch from planning Klinger as a white-passing actor to Jamie Farr and how it could definitely have been reflective of racism in our view of femininity. It's obviously already homo/transphobic but I don't see the race element talked about as much.
