I know the Gastropost theme this week is holidays, but! This has the holiday colours: breakfast burritos with turkey sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, guacamole and salsa inside. Then a quick sear in the pan to crisp it up. Topped with a guacamole crema (looks more green in person ) and salsa. Totally Christmas colours hehehe
