Delicious Breakfast
There had been no Raphael at his door. And he had not really wanted to know what exactly had been going on behind those closed doors. He wasn't as nosy as Gabriel had been... But he had also not been woken by the noise they could have made... So he did feel a little tensed about the situation in the morning as he awoke. Admittedly his bed still had a very soft hint of Raphael's smell on it and that was both nice and awkward... Made him miss the cuddling in the morning. The boy was thankfully not in his own room, when Enoch checked for him, that would have meant the night had been a disaster... He also wasn't in the kitchen, even though it was getting time for them to make breakfast. That was a good sign, probably... However Matia ran into him, apparently up early and full of energy, eager even to help with breakfast. Sighing and reminding her that Gabriel didn't like that, he suggest her to feed to the horses... tagging along though. Naturally he kept his distance, being not allowed to really go near the beautiful creatures. But with him there, the chance of Matia fooling around and scaring or annoying the horses and getting hurt herself in the process was a little smaller. He had been allowed to ride once or twice... on a very old pony... It still had been nice and he would have loved to do it again... But no chance so far... maybe when Gabriel had a dozen of children and there where enough people to replace him in the household if something happened... Once Matia was finished and had brushed a few manes to boot, they returned to the kitchen. Matia idly dangling her legs while Enoch prepared the breakfast and the table. He kept her busy by asking about her night and apparently she had a weird enough dream to be occupied with recounting it. It involved angels and strange animals that fought with elements and such...
But sooner or later, everything was done and the only thing missing where the breakfasters... He told Matia to stay put and went to knock on Gabriel's door. First hesitantly, then a bit louder. "Good morning, breakfast is ready...."
