@mayghoul Danse had never been fond of the scent of a bar. The smoke, smell of alcohol, and other...unmentionable liquids. The Third Rail, however, wasn't quite as bad. It was decently maintained and the other patrons knew to give him his space. The music was also a plus. He finally caved after Whitechapel Charlie insisted he purchase something or leave, purchasing a whiskey. It was rare for the ex-paladin to drink, and when he did, it was usually to forget. At the moment, he had plenty to forget. He rarely slept these days, only getting in a few hours when he couldn't stay on his feet any longer. Despite the General's insistence that he stay at Sanctuary, he left immediately. Diamond City was less than welcoming to him, and the settlements risked him encountering people he knew. Goodneighbor took time to get used to, and he spent most of his time in his hotel room and running errands outside the city for caps.
