Out of the two girls that unlock the paw-print wall, I went with the one that was previously on the list for unlocking the ranch wardrobe!
...Which she asked to have used in her house anyway, lol.
I decided to take my idea from Bunnie’s exterior and give her a huge army of bears on the cliff surrounding her house! The lily of the valley there were also a nice touch.
When I got to her interior I thought more about all the camping items she had in her order list and decided to make her interior tent-themed! She unlocks the new tent wall and flooring items, which were perfect for the idea!
I started thinking of Macaron’s tent for ideas and went a little wild with the mismatched furniture (well, his was mostly mush furniture...), but still tried to keep it to her favorite colors, beige and green! I think it turned out great~
As usual, the other side of the interior, along with the rest of the build, is below~
pic 1: "It's either this or a shop selling stuffed animals..." Croissant hemmed and hawed, but he didn't feel like making a shop today.
pic 2: "I know what you mean!” Croissant laughed before tapping his clipboard to get her to realize why he was there.
pic 3: Yup, she was one of the other animals I had on a list for unlocking the ranch wardrobe!
pic 4: I thought this would be really pretty for a bunch of bears on the cliff!
pic 5: You can see the bear army forming... But I also gave her a door labeled Maple! Her fave colors are green and beige, so I focused on those~
pic 6: I included a ladder so you knew she was the one up there setting up all those bears! (The flowers just grew naturally, though.)
pic 7: I had to get a shot from above so you can see the thing on the table is a pear smoothie!
pic 8: Based on all the camping stuff in her order list, I came up with the idea of a tent lickedy-split after entering and seeing her tent wall+flooring options!
pic 9: I didn't know walking over these rugs made them kick up glowing spores!!
pic 10: I started thinking of Macaron's mish-mash of mushroom furniture in his tent again...
No electricity is set up, so her only light is the ceiling lamps she found in a tree... How does it work, though!?
Thinking up what random type of furniture she found was suuuper fun!
“Yeah, that name has to go...” Croissant hummed.
I wonder if she was trying to interact with it from below, or if this was just random...?
Well, I think the house right below this one, so probably the latter.
She waved, but was obscured.
This was soo cute, omgee!
She's camping in a Bear-only New Leaf town and is loving it!
When I talked to her again she mentioned a lantern and I realized I could’ve used the camping lanterns here!
This was the finalized name~
And I was able to buy this now, awesome!
I’ve been thinking Renee needed a new house name with the word squatting in it, so here it is!
Pretty sure I would’ve hit max letters if I put the full ‘with‘ in, so ‘w/’ is a good substitute!

Children’s Day stuff is up, so once again I’m reminded of the carp banner that stayed in Macaron’s front room until the end...
Pretty sure this one is bigger that a 1x1 though...
Then, while sending stuff to a friend, I had finally hit 100 letters sent!
After going through the list of all the DIYs thoroughly... I found two more DIYs I had missed, but I have an explanation for one of them!
I had just assumed I had that fence DIY because Nook had given me that fence stack after the fence tutorial, but I didn’t get the DIY, just the stack!
...I blame the Document Stack and Chocolate Herringbone Wall on the fact that the source is only Smug Villagers. Croissant wouldn’t want to blame his boyfriend though, lol
Guess I’ll just be waiting for the simple wooden fence to pop up in Nook Shopping now?
Then... Crafting the Document Stack into Scattered Papers back and forth finally paid off, and I got the final Stamp for Crafted Furniture!
Next up, completing the card for crafting tools!
But then someone came buy wanting the real valiant statue I got mailed a while back, and they had the fence in their Nook Miles Shopping stuff, yay~
Now I’m doubly sure that I have all the DIYs!
Still can’t believe I somehow missed three whole DIYs, though, ugh!

I also went to another item island last night, and aside from getting the yellow birthday hat and pink birthday shades, I also grabbed some tiny seeds, which turn into blue or gold roses in your inventory!
So Raymond got some more lovely additions to his mini flower garden~
*remembers when I finally planted Bamboo in Fairies specifically so Kabuki would have his own personal bamboo garden* So, this is Croissant’s nature-gesture towards Raymond, huh?
Anyway, today was short, but I caught the Original Two working out together, got another Valley-Lily for the spot across from Cyd’s nearest bridge, and customized Croissant’s house to be pinkish again~
Labelle was here to request a party look, and Macaron usually dressed up in an amazing party look for Countdown, so I decided I was gonna make Croissant’s Countdown Outfit today!
But first was a talk about horror stories between two Secret Elephant Club members!
...Sorry Apple.
~
I might remove the glasses actually, hmm...
But hey, using the tiny hat is always amazing~
And if it’s the Countdown outfit, then he has to have the Sparkling Cider as the Idle-Tool, after all!
Anyway, I caught a new piece of dialogue from Raymond later in the day, so that’s under the cut!
“That’s a lot of boxes...” Croissant noticed.
“I got sent a lot of product samples...” Raymond sighed.
...This interaction is just adorable??? Croissant would feel so touched, omg!
Meanwhile, I visited someone to get a stack of tailor tickets and they were celebrating Countdown!

Whoa, Raymond surprised me today! He was standing right in front of Croissant’s mailbox when I started up the game!
I’m pretty sure Kabuki never wondered over the bridge into the main neighborhood often? I think I would remember Macaron getting out of his house and being surprised by Kabuki standing nearby, anyway? It was mostly Cherry, since going in front of Macaron’s house was really the only way for her to go over to the rest of the town...
Anyway, Nook’s Cranny was holding a Turkey Day item!? Will that continue for a while? Why? December 1st is when Summer starts, so surfboards will probably start appearing then... I’m only missing two variants lol. Thanks to all those helpful North Hemisphere islands that let me browse their nook store~
Then, since there hadn’t been many screenshots, I put my list of duplicate Bug-Off stuff on many Discords and got a bunch of people, but dealing with the dog lead to trades being delayed and then them not responding when I got back to the computer... Hence the items in the background in some screenshots.
Otherwise, this just winded up being a Raymond post, lol.
~
“...Raymond, please.”
“Please stop all the business ventures and actually hire employees,” Croissant joked.
Oh yeah, and this is the first skirt I’ve worn since getting this reaction, so apparently you can kind of upskirt?? lol

I did a lot of ballooning today, since I didn’t get a lot of stuff from the Daily Patrol.
But I finally got dialogue of someone mentioning the cherry blossoms, and Mint asked for a new greeting! ...I was kind of blanking on how I could use the word chill in a greeting without making her seem too lax, so I winded up just using that one Steven Universe episode title with Lapis’ body horror scene.
And once again, I only got 1 new seasonal diy... Augh, they must’ve nerfed the chances of getting diys in balloons!

Today was a little more interesting, because I finally asked for a mush rug to add to the Autumn Room.
Plus it was new outfit day, so I used one of the new designs I downloaded and made an outfit a kid would wear? That’s the kind of vibe the kitty jumper design gave me anyway, heh.
...It’s kind of funny, just one little change to the closet and now I change my outfit way more than I ever did with Macaron. Macaron had one single outfit he would wear for the entirety of Winter, but Croissant got to experience wearing multiple warm outfits~
Macaron walked so Croissant could run
