GINGERBREAD POPS

Recipe:

Soak 3/4 cup cashews for 2 hours in water.

Blend with...

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp powdered ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground gloves, nutmeg and allspice.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add to your icy pole moulds. Set in freezer Cover in chocolate and crushed gingerbread. Enjoy!
