                 The Devil was shocked by the words that emanated from his little demon’s lips. For, they were words that came as a rarity when it came to Hell’s Best Torturer. So much so, that it caused him to glance away from the drinks he was pouring and look directly at her with an ounce of concern clouding over his features.     “ Maze? — What exactly do you mean? ”    Was it wrong of him in that moment, to reach and brush away small hairs from Maze’s face? When one cared so much what was wrong, especially with his best friend and companion, small touches were surely a comfort, were they not?         He’d give a small sigh and slowly hand over the glass of whisky he’d poured her, taking his own to his lips to swig at the warming amber nectar he’d come to love so much.    “ You know I would do ANYTHING for you, Maze — You can tell me, anything. ”

                         the heavens would be quaking to know that these two kept in company with each other.  the aura drifting off their bodies is enough to level a city block.  as evident in the looks & stares directed at the two of them.   seated in qedesh’s strip club, ammit sips chilled bourbon from a tumbler while enjoying the show before her.  “ perfect finish to a day of being that bitch, hm? ”
