Every July in honor of the founding of the town, the mayor throws a unity event. This year, the mayor has decided to throw a gala at the mayor’s mansion. Coming up with a theme was an easy choice. Afterall it is July, which means a Christmas in July themed party.
Of course, the mayor had no time to plan this gala and instead offered it up for each species to elect one representative to help with the party planning and decorations. After all, in order for everyone to feel united, ideas from all species had to be taken into account.
With all the planning done and decorations put up, the mayor will be accepting guests on July 22nd for a night of Christmas magic. Dress up, find a date and be there for a night like no other.
How it will work: This will be a dash event only, although if you wish to carry multiple people plots, feel free to have it in a chat group, we just ask that you post it for everyone to see when you’re done.
Duration of the event: The gala will be hosted on July 22nd in the roleplay, but in our time, it will last three days, so July 21st to July 23rd. You will of course still be free to continue event threads after it ends, but no more starters should be made after that. Be sure to keep an eye out for plot drops during that time.
Regulations: The same rules apply for the event. But please tag your starts and with MB:EVENT2. Do not use the official mb:event tag as we don’t want it to be clogged by starters. Feel free to tag any outfits you make with MB:OUTFITS as we would love to see your creations.
Representatives: We will be taking one gala representative from each species. If you would like your character to help plan, please message us. It will be first come, first serve. Hunters are being represented as humans so they don’t give themselves away and ghosts do not have a representative. You can find a list of the representatives here.
If you wish for your character to be a volunteer at one of the booths and stands, please message the main before June 5th. If you wish to create another booth, please also message the main, this will most likely be allowed! As it would be hard to volunteer for multiple stands and booths, please only have your character work at one place.

There are two stands selling alcoholic beverages on site. And they are looking for a maximum of 8 volunteers to take shifts during the evenings!
