Rory, trailing a few steps behind, tried to act cool, but mostly looked like a nervous puppy. “Uh, yeah, creepy… totally. Not like there are, you know, actual monsters lurking around here or anything.”
You spun on your heel, blonde curls bouncing as you blinked at him. “Wait, are there really monsters here? Because that’s, like, soooo scary, but also kinda hot.”
Rory’s brain short-circuited. “H-hot?”
“Yeah!” you giggled. “Like, imagine if some big, scary vampire tried to bite me or something… and then, like, my super cute friend saved me!”
You poked his chest playfully.
Rory’s undead heart might’ve stopped all over again. “I mean, hypothetically… I could totally save you. I’m, you know… pretty strong.”
You tilted your head, lips glossed and shiny. “Are you, like, really strong? Or, like, video-game strong?”
Rory hesitated, then grabbed a nearby metal locker door and yanked it right off the hinges with a screech of metal. “Like, really strong.”
Your mouth dropped open. “Oh. My. Gosh. That’s sooooo cool!”
Nobody had ever called Rory cool before. Not once. He could’ve floated off the ground.
You clapped your hands, bouncing in place. “So wait—are you, like… a vampire?”
“…Maybe?” he said, suddenly bashful.
“That’s so hot,” you squealed, grabbing his arm and pressing close. “Does that mean you can, like, fly? Or turn into a bat? Or do that thing where your eyes go all spooky?”
He swallowed hard, fangs pricking his lip as he muttered, “I can show you… if you want.”
Your eyes sparkled. “Show me everything.”

You and Rory met when he was still human. you had just moved into town, and you didn't know anyone, it was Halloween, and you saw that there was going to be a party so why not go and meet new people. There you met Rory, he looked very cute with his cute glasses.
You went over to talk to him, because, well, he was alone and so were you, so why not. You guys talked about an hour before the "accident" happened, and you thought he was the sweetest, kindest guy you'd ever met. His shyness would make you tender, and his fondness for "nerdy" things attracted you, it would be as relaxing as he would start talking and talking about what he liked, telling his silly jokes without feeling judged, and laughing at his jokes made a big smile appear on his face.
After the vampire bite passed, you know, it became strangely more attractive to you. But what you didn't know was that you would also be converted that night.
At one point, when you were going to the bathroom, which you didn't know where it was, you asked for help from one of the many vampires at the party. He guided you (to what looked like the bathroom) but you noticed something, that didn't look like the bathroom, and it was actually a room quite far from all the hustle and bustle of the party "i think you heard bad friend, this doesn't look much like the bathroom" you said with a nervous laugh "it doesn't ask to avoid seeing how helpless i saw you down there, and I couldn't contain myself anymore to do this" he told you as his fangs poked out of his mouth, and his eyes turned yellow "you couldn't resist what-" you couldn't finish the sentence when the guy practically pounced on you to bite your neck. the burning and weakness began to be felt all over your body, it felt like it was burning your neck while draining your blood.
The last thing you remembered was the boy separating himself from you, and letting you fall to the ground. The next time you woke up you were in a room, you didn't recognize it so it wasn't yours, you looked at the room in detail and you were able to recognize several Star Wars posters and some figures from a game you don't know. You heard some voices coming up the stairs, and when they entered the room you saw Rory with his mother.
She worried about you, since her son had come with a fainting girl to her house, you assured her that you were completely fine, and they let you go home. That night Rory accompanied you, you told him what happened and together they realized that you had become a vampire.
Their love began to blossom little more than that moment, since they spent most of their time together; he talked and they talk about his hobbies, and he felt very comfortable with you, finally he didn't feel excluded or stupid for the things he said or thought, they had this dynamic of 'talkative person, and listener' and they worked very well that way.
Little by little the gang got used to you, and they made you part of their group. And with that, the feelings between you and Rory grew bigger and bigger
you felt highly in love with him; His beautiful blonde hair, and how it waved, his beautiful blue eyes that looked like a puppy, and that tender smile that generated the biggest butterflies in the world, you started to float just thinking about all those things you liked about him. In fact, Erica and Sarah had to take you off the roof several times, because of all the times this happened.
the day Rory asked you to be his girlfriend, it was a little, weird, or pretty Rory-style.
He invited you to a "small" walk after leaving school, they always had small night walks in which he took advantage and looked for an appetizer. But when he arrived at your house, with a small bouquet of flowers, and dressed much more formally than usual, you thought about whether you misheard the invitation.
"mmm, Rory, you didn't tell me that this would be a date, i could have worn something more formal for the occasion" You said to him as you looked at the sweatpants and tank top you were wearing "oh, actually, I didn't plan on it being a date until I was on my way here. Also your appearance is not bad, you always look beautiful and charming" he told you with a beautiful smile, just by seeing her you began to float a little "I know I look dreamy, beautiful, you don't have to float for me" he told you while letting out a playful laugh "oh shut up Rory, let's better go to the park, i'm starving already" you said as you gave him a little tap on the shoulder.
their walk to the park was quite short, they were talking about everything and nothing; School gossip, some movie they watched, and just plain nonsense. By the time they arrived at the park they went in search of their small snacks, but this time you could perceive a very particular smell, it was human blood, you knew it because you had already tasted it. the weird thing is that inside that park there were only a couple of pigeons, squirrels and the two of you, so following your nose, you found a small box on top of a tree and when you opened it you found a bag of blood (obviously human).
"Oh my god Rory, look at this" You said to the blond with excitement, since you had literally found a whole dinner "What did you find, babe?" replied Rory as he approached you. When you turned around, you found a scene that made your heart skip a beat, even though, you know...
Rory was there, standing with a small bouquet of orchids, and with a nervous smile "what's going on Rory?" you said nervously "look at the bottom of the box" he said with a chuckle. You followed his order, and when you saw in capital letters the 'You would give me the pleasure of being your boyfriend' your heart was moved, and your smile was so big that your face hurt. "Oh my god Rory, of course I do, I mean, of course you can be" you said happily, and he threw himself to hug you throwing yourself to the ground in the process.
"I thought you'd say no" Rory said to you as they circled on the park grass. I was excited, to say the least. You had fallen in love with him from the moment you met, his vampire heart stirred every time he heard your angelic laugh, as he called it.
"How do you think I would say no to the cutest and most charming boy I've ever met?" you say while looking at him with dreamy eyes. Their eyes connect, and you see their beautiful eyes, those beautiful puppy eyes that you love to see.
Moonlight falls on her hair, making her hair glow and look like a cursed angel fallen from heaven. her blue eyes look like two stars; full of life and tinkling.
Their faces begin to come closer, and their noses tickle each other, their eyes close, and the next thing they feel is their lips joining. It felt like a caress, soft and delicate, you feel Rory's fangs on your lips, and with it your sweet blood all over their mouths.
You separate from the kiss, and you see their mouths red, you laugh, although if someone saw you like that you would probably think that you are two pair of psychopaths full of blood "you look so tender like that, honey" you say in a playful tone "do you really believe it? I'm full of your blood, so I don't know how tender that is," he replies while letting out a nervous laugh.
"oh, of course yes love, you look very good in the red" you give him a little wink and his face turns as red as the blood spread through his mouth "well, will you drink this blood or not?" he says as he quickly grabs the blood bag from your hand and runs away, his laughter can be heard all over the forest and you can't help but sigh at his typical silliness.
From that moment on, his friends had to put up with two vampires madly in love. Rory whenever he had the chance to rub Ethan and Benny in the face that he had a girlfriend and they weren't so, but so funny.
their demonstrations of love were... curious.
the gang was cloying with all the love that you overflowed. They couldn't go a second without having physical contact with each other, either holding hands, the blond arms on your shoulders, or holding each other's pinkies. he was always in contact with the other.
but without a doubt what exhausted the patience of his friends was to put up with them talking about each other when they are not together. His ramblings about each other's 'pretty eyes', and each other's 'beautiful smile, and lips, and hair', was simply 'ugh' to his friends.
On many occasions Erica, Sarah, Benny and Ethan have had to put their feet on the ground, as they both began to wander and think about each other. It was a very unbearable job for the two peers of the group. Erica always told you that 'what did I see in that dumb blonde with no brain?' but for you that was the cutest and most adorable dumb blonde that existed.
Rory, despite his natural stupidity, was someone who knew you very well, and noticed every detail of you, even though all her friends thought otherwise.
You could say that these are among the things he knows the most, behind all his "nerd" hobbies. He had taken the time to get to know you since the day you spoke, and what followed just made everything easier for both of you.
he knew you like the back of his hand, he could read you like an open book, and that was one of the pillars of their relationship; the knowledge he had of each other. Everyone who knew you came to the same conclusion, and that was that you were the ideal partner.
you two were like Mavis and Johnny, but vampire versions, because you're really adorable together. of course, like any couple you had your conflicts and fights, mostly silly since they were always 'you took my last bag of blood' or 'it's up to me to choose the movie, it's not fair'. You could say that the "strongest" fight they had was when they were just vampires. We all know how Rory can be manipulated sometimes, you knew it, he knew it, everyone knew it, but he still took advantage of his cheerful spirit and for always being there for his friends.
Erica knew this about Rory, but she still took advantage of her great beauty and Rory's naivety to get him to do his mischief for her, or that he would simply accompany her to steal a couple of pints of blood from a hospital. This made you angry, and Rory knew it since you had told him about it on several occasions, but since they were not dating at that time, you could not claim anything in broad strokes.
until one day you simply exploded and told him everything you once wanted to tell him, your anger that he didn't let himself be manipulated so easily won you over, and you shouted very hurtful things at him. Rory that day returned with tears in his eyes, his mother tried repeatedly to talk to him, but he felt that he had disappointed you.
The following days for the blond were very sad, his hyperactive energy had decreased, he didn't feel like anything, and with that his vampire energy decreased the same, he couldn't even fly or run so fast anymore. You tried to talk to him, but the boy was so embarrassed that he avoided you at all costs.
One day you confronted him, asked him what was wrong with him, why he avoided you and the reason for his strangely discouraged behavior. "nothing is wrong with me, i'm just tired from homework" You knew that wasn't true. they shared all their classes and the teachers had not left homework in weeks "just tell me the truth Rory. since we argued i haven't even been able to talk to you, i tried to apologize to you and i even went to your house several times to do it, your mom told me that you didn't want to see me and for her to say it is because what I did is serious, so let go, what did I do to make you move away?" you told him desperately. you wanted your friend back, you didn't even know what you had done or said to make him have that attitude towards you, and that was what made you most desperate.
"I disappointed you," he said with his head down. what the hell is he talking about? thought. You didn't know what I was talking about, you were confused and tried to remember and rewind in your mind any moment like that. "Erica. i let myself be manipulated by Erica again, even though you told me that it was not good for her to let me do those things"
You laughed. you couldn't believe he was serious, "Rory, do you really think I'm mad at you about that? yes of course, I don't like at all how she treats you, and I warned you several times, but seriously I'm neither disappointed nor angry with you about it"
Her cute blue eyes connected with yours when he heard this. A small shy smile formed on her face "so you're not mad at me or anything like that?" she said while looking at you cautiously "of course not Rory, i couldn't be angry with someone who looks as cute as you" you told her while touching the pint of her nose with your finger. His face flushed, and he smiled sheepishly at you.
Their relationship was special. It was clear how much you loved each other, and you looked like two children who had met your soulmate during recess at age 5.
Without a doubt, their relationship would be something very important throughout their lives. All his memories would be marked in his mind for all eternity.

Benny's mouth nearly dropped when seeing a bunny in the place of where you had once been. Not only had he casted a spell on you, but it hadn't even been the right spell. He heard footsteps behind the door and he quickly picks you -bunny you- up and quickly hides you in his jacket.
Ethan opens the door, before looking at a very suspicious Benny. "What did you do, Benny?"
Benny makes a face of offence, "Uh! What do you mean? Why do you automatically think I did something wrong?"
Ethan gives Benny a knowing look and Benny sighs. He then pulls you out of his jack and Ethan gasps.
"What do you have a bunny!?"
"It's a funny story- Ow!"
You hit him with your little foot, angered by the face he wasn't hurrying up to try and get you back to normal.
"Here," He hands you to Ethan as he grabs his magic book.
Ethan struggles with you, not realizing it's well- You! "Are you going to answer my question... or?"
Benny whips around, an awkward smile on his face, "Well- there might have been.... well, a mishap."
"What do you mean?"
Benny doesn't answer and Ethan squeezes you tighter, causing you to hit him with your foot repeatedly, accidentally causing him to drop you. Benny screams, quick to pick you up and cuddle you close.
"Oh my baby- Are you okay?" He pets your back and you glare up at him- or at least you try to.
"Why are you freaking out? It's just a bunny."
"It's not just a bunny; It's Y/n."
"Y/n! What did you do to her?" Ethan swaps you back, holding you close and away from Benny.
"It was an accident. It wasn't supposed to hit her. PLUS," Benny turns back to Ethan, holding his book in one hand, "It wasn't even an animal spell."
"You have to fix her!"
"I know, I know!" He puts the book down and quickly scans through the book, "Ha! Here!" He points to some words in the book, before taking a step back and chanting the spell.
There's a heavy smoke and Benny lights up, but it quickly drops when seeing you were indeed no longer a bunny, but now a cat.
"You've got to be kidding me."
There's a knock at the door, causing them both to freeze and look towards the door.
"Y/n, dear? Are you okay in there?"
It was your mother. They both looked at each other, before looking at the door again. They had to figure out an excuse and they had to figure it out now.
"Um, yes, Mrs. L/n. We accidentally knocked over some textbooks," Benny lets out an awkward laugh, hoping she'd take the bait. Thankfully she did.
"Okay, well, be more careful."
"We will!"
They both listen as her footsteps echo away from the door, before they both grab the book and flip through it.
"You have to change her to normal!"
"I'm trying! I'm trying! It's not that easy!"
You watch as they fight with each other, the book swishing as they blow through it.
"Here!" Ethan points to another spell, "A human spell! A spell to turn an animal into a human."
Benny clicks, before shrugging and deciding to just go for it.
"If you mess this up, we go to your grandma."
"Yeah, probably a good idea." Just like before, Benny chants out the spell, before pointing at you and a bright light hits you and a heavy smoke covers your body.
You shake your head and look down at your hands and you hear them cheer. Though they quickly stop when seeing your face.
"Babe, you know I love you-"
"Don't you 'I love you babe' me!"
"Forgive and forget?" Benny laughs, as you corner him. "I love you?"
You can hear Ethan walking towards the door and whipping around to him, "Don't think you're getting away! When I'm done with him, you're getting it too."

Rewatching mbav rn so here are some of my favourite headcanons in no particular order ^^
1. Erica and Rory make out once every few months and she then ghosts him for a few days before pretending nothing happened - he doesn’t really mind
2. They all move in together for college/university, but after the first few semesters only Rory and Benny are officially left
3. During this time both Rory and Benny start streaming separately and don’t tell the other one about it
4. Benny starts crossdressing again (at least he tells himself so in the beginning) and streams as both Benny and Betty
