After the Storm | Sara & Zach
@zach-doesnotattack
Sara hated storms. Maybe it was some weird subconscious thing she associated with the yacht going down even though no storm had been involved that day. But nonetheless, she hated storms. So when she had found herself far from the campsite as the rain began to pour, to say she was scared would’ve been somewhat of an understatement. Between the thunder, the lightning, and having no idea where she was, Sara was growing more and more worried by the second. As she tried to find her way back to the path that led towards camp, she managed to slip on a pocket of wet leaves, sending her tumbling down a little slope and slamming her head on one of the rocks below...
It wasn’t until some time the following more when the storm had passed and she heard the faint sound of a familiar voice calling out her name that she started to come to. She tried to get up from where she lay; but everything was spinning around her.
Dani was alone in the woods trying to get away from all the drama and worries this trip brought to her. The way to let the shit fly away: smoking in a rock. Daniela was tired, sick of all the concerns about Gracie, Ross and the gossip blog.
“Oh, I didn’t know you were there.” She said cleaning some tears that were on her cheeks.
"Why is everybody so intent on staring at me like I'm a freak?" He muses out loud not realizing someone was standing by him.
Sara had decided to go for a hike through the woods in search of some cell service. She had stumbled upon a spot with a few bars and decided to give her real parents a brief call, making it the first time she’d spoken to them since getting her memories back. While the call was brief, it had put her on edge. She hadn’t expected it to go well; but it had gone even worse than expected (and ultimately ended with her chucking her phone off somewhere in the woods). Heading back towards the campground, she had hoped she wouldn’t run into anybody; so she was a bit surprised when someone crossed her path. “Oh shi- Hi.”
J.P. hadn't technically been cleared to go back to camping but he had to see someone. So he had his oxygen tank on his back and earbuds in his ear. "Don't fucking stare."
