It’d been years since she’s last been in these deep waters. She was now a fully grown orca mer and the moment she had time she swam away from the pod and into the abyss.
Her friend had to still be here. He just had to be.
She spent hours swimming in almost total darkness, her glowing pearl her only light source. She called out into the darkness. So far there’s been no response.
Just as she was she was about to head back to her pod an odd red glow suddenly lit up before her. A strange pattern she couldn’t quite recognize was on a massive tentacle ahead of her. Soon mover tentacles rose up from the darkness below.
The albino mermaid froze as a massive form rose up and a pair of fiery eyes opened wide and gazed down at her puny form…..
Made some mermay art since I skipped last year. Benson is a much bigger boi for the fun of it and cuz we like a big ol monster!
