Payne's Bar-B-Q

As Memphis Black Restaurant Week comes to a close, I want to give a shout out to Payne's Bar-B-Q. The barbecue joint makes arguably the best barbecue sandwich in town. Chopped pork topped with a tomato based barbecue sauce and a sweet mustard coleslaw makes for a divinely tasting sandwich that's in a class by itself (and this is from a guy who dislikes coleslaw). Kudos to Payne's for that and all the rest of the great barbecue it serves. Payne's Bar-B-Q, a Memphis original.
