Okay... I think there's a mix-up with the abilities. The ability that allows MC to have total control over another being would be Enhancer. Aether Gaze only has three uses: tapping into another person's mental pathway, precognition (which allows one to see the future of someone that is close to them), and finally, being able to see beyond your immediate vicinity. Sometimes they can also see the future of those who are their mortal enemies as well. Also, the more the MC uses this ability, please remember there'll be a price to pay.
Enhancer might not use blood control like in Avatar, but—hold on, let me drop the explanation for the skill MC will be able to learn in the second part of Chapter 3.
From the screenshot I provided, you’ll see that this skill—tied directly to the Enhancer ability—is twice as vicious. Take, for example, when MC lost control of their emotions in Chapter 2 and started manipulating the sweet pepper-nose lady. I didn’t include this detail in the IF, but as of that moment, MC’s death count is 1. Yep—currently, the woman’s in the medical center with her brain turned to mush and her organs sucked dry. Vicious, I know… but hey, at least she didn’t combust, right? 😅
