MC Fly is a Sera Myu exclusive character. He appears in the oldest Stars musical as part of Shadow Galactica and had three different outfits, one being a white tuxedo. I like to hc that he was Papillon's lover (and father of her unnamed child mentioned in the Collection Materials).

MYU Sailor Animamates

Galaxia’s senshi team in the musicals, including myu’s original Animamates Sailor Titanium Kerokko (aka Mitis Kerokko) and Sailor Pewter Fox. Not including the minor members of Shadow Galactica performed by dancers.
