They say third times the charm and with Jay Scarlet (hot/streetsmart) that couldn't be more true. A fun-loving, hedonistic guy who's good at social maneuvering and not ready for actual horrors. Has the same unreliable and irreverent nature as his mum and eyes for everyone Stella so an absolute menace to Tabitha, initial delight to everyone else.
