STOP i didn’t realize so many ppl loved will’s characterization! he’s honestly one of my favorite character to write in the au because he’s just so complicated in the way that he loves y/n enough to go through the pain of seeing her with mack rather than losing her altogether but he also loves mack in the way that he shuts down rather than even try to compete with him.

it’s like the saying “is it better to speak or to die?” and will chooses the die option because clearly..
