I mean, now I GOTTA ask: how well does MC take inevitably finding out that her friends are dragons?
They rescue her from bandits that jumped her after she wandered away from the camp to pee- they drag her off, muffling her yelling with rope. She eventually manages to get a scream out; it attracts the attention of a very pissed full-dragon-form Skull. He makes sure to rear to his full height, just to let them know how fucked they are, before he spews masses of violet flames from his jaws to roast a few of the idiots (the ones furthest from Mc, last thing he wants is her in the literal line of fire). Red and Sans show up, dragons too, and attack from the sides- literally just picking up men in their mouths like toys and turning it into a bloodbath. Red throws one guy in the air and blasts him in blood-crimson fire until he’s charred meat when he hits the earth... Sans slams another into the ground like a bird snapping the neck of a caught fish. It doesn’t take long to clear away the outlaws when they’re in the thick of a pure draconic rage that can only be induced by stealing the most precious item in their hoard.
They carry her back to camp and calm her down by transforming back into the skeletons she knows... at which point, she’s too relieved to be safe again to be pursuing any details that aren’t cuddling by the fire.
Overall, she takes it pretty well! It definitely takes a few days for the information to really sink in. Mostly she tries to act normal but occasionally she gives them funny looks or asks strange, dragon-related questions. The relief of getting rescued definitely warmed her up to their secret and stopped any bad reactions.
