this should be mcat update 7 or 8, but here we are

Sooooo, I came back home from uni bc I’m done work, and my testing centre is here so I’m just gonna spend the last 13 days studying here.

I’ve done the Next Steps half length, and the Science Diagnostics in the past few days, as well as reviewed my notes (which I really need to do more often–why write notes if you’re never going to look at them again?????)

BUT YES. Today we shall tackle the AAMC CARS question packs, as well as the Next Steps CARS Books. let’s hope that goes well. pls. I’ll hopefully return for an update sooner than later this time.

AWKS already behind on this.

Did 10 CARS passages from Khan and 3 of each of the other sections. They were alright, but I spent the rest of the day reviewing physics and them equations and such. I realized I didn’t really know the equations last time i took this test in real life....which brings me to the question...wtf was i doing? what did i expect lolol

Anyways, yesterday I did the Next Steps full length, and I did pretty well on it! idk if that exam is just super easier than Kaplans shit or i improved???

Today I will be reviewing the full length.

hello friends! i’m going to do these updates for the remaining 3 weeks i have left until my exam, to keep myself accountable (hopefully)! i’ve seen quite a few other premed accounts do these and i think its a great idea

Content Review: Finished reading the psych/soc Khan academy review document that’s been going around online. it’s pretty legit and covers basically everything. we’ll find out after i do some questions LOL. Also reading some more physics content bc worst area and scary.

Practice: CARS, Bio, Psych passages from the gajillion on the Khan website.

Countdown to Test Day: 19 days

Thoughts: last time i studied for this thing, physics and them used too e my highest score and now I'm kinda here flopping around like... Also, does anyone else find Kaplan’s practice exams slightly unnecessarily difficult? like??? sigh.

I’m going to do more questions from Khan today and tomorrow, and then Monday I’m taking the Next Steps practice FL i think.

tbh, no matter what i do, the thought of physics gives me anxiety. and i think that holds me back from a solving a lot of problems efficiently? it’s so weird bc physics was my best subject in high school, but 4 years of not being exposed to it has made it a strange, strange concept lololol
