1️. MCA V2 Closure: 🔒 V2 will be closed from 9th to 17th June 2025

2️. MCA V3 Rollout: 🚀 All 38 forms will go live on the MCA V3 portal starting 14th July 2025

3️. No Notifications for 1956 Forms: 📄 Forms directly related to the Companies Act, 1956 will be available without prior notification

4️. Form Validation Update: ✅ Earlier end-of-form validation is now replaced with page-by-page validation for annual filings

5️. Attachment Size Enhancements: 🚀 Individual Attachment: Up to 2 MB 🚀 Total Form Size: Up to 10 MB (for most forms)

Max total size: 300 MB

Split into up to 15 attachments of 20 MB each
