The quilt top is finally done! Took another six month break with only three seams left to go, because that's just how we roll I guess. It's roughly the size of a double bed, and a total pain to try and take a full picture of.

Really pleased with how it's turning out! It's a little in your face, but in a cool way.

A year and a half of sewing and I've finally hit the halfway point on piecing this beast of a quilt top!

Tbf the 'year' portion was spent procrastinating because I suddenly realised how long this was going to take and shoved it in a box (which is why it's so wrinkly in some places), but then NOT working on it just made it take even longer, which made me stress out and not want to work on it even more, which then made it take EVEN LONGER, until a few weeks ago I decided that being scared of a pile of fabric was kind of silly and got to sewing again.

Cause yeah it's gonna take forever BECAUSE I'M SEWING IT BY HAND!! What did I think would happen???
