Kathryn from Cruel Intentions (yes Sarah Michelle Gellar helps) but I just love the modern update of her character so much.
Glory. She was just so amazing in such a despicable way (hello Tara?)
Mother Gothel from Tangled. That woman was creepy as hell and used love instead of intimidation in to getting Rapunzel to do what she wants. That is scary as hell.
Mrs Lovett from Sweeney Todd. She was the one who suggested they make people in to pies. She is crazy.
President Coin in THG. She was certainly something.
(this list was much harder than it should’ve been tbh. I NEED MORE LADY VILLAINS)
