stepping through the 9 ¾ barrier, a hint of a smile stretched his lips as the unexpected nostalgia hit him - he had counted down the days to leave Hogwarts at the time and yet on the platform, he found himself dreaming of simpler times for a moment -- just a moment before a squeal erupted and bought him back to REALITY. the train was just coming to a stop and yet he found himself soon surrounded by the younger ones -- even parents chatting his ear off, the charismatic smile stretched his lips -- the one that if wasn’t present despite needing a break from it all, his publicist would snark his ear off -- it didn’t take too long for him to get through a few greetings before politely excusing himself - he wasn’t here for a fan meet & greet - there was someone much more important.
he hadn’t seen lucius in nearly a year -- always just missing each other, he had been so sure that the christmas holidays would have worked and yet he was pulled away in the very last second, a training up skill that he couldn’t miss popped up, he was disappointed to say the least. he had just gotten in last night when he told his parents not to bother, that he would be the one to pick up luci -- as he leaned against the wall, eyes scanning the crowd -- simply waiting for that familiar face to get off the train. eyes glazed over with MISCHIEF as he spotted the younger deviant, “i might not be as handsome as father, but i hope i’m a suitable enough replacement” he called out, “little brother, have you grown taller?” hand over his chest, as the playful sniffles kick in, “have i missed that much -- can’t let you out of my sight, can i?”
