Shyamalan tinha me cansado depois de Avatar e Depois da Terra então acabei vendo o filme mais por causa do trailer de Glass do que qualquer outra coisa. Para completar eu também não morro de amores pelo McVoy: gosto do cara mas acho ele limitado, o que é um problema para um filme que se vende como "Charles Xavier banca o Legião".

Assim sendo todo o hype do filme passou por mim e obviamente fiquei sabendo de tudo que tornava o filme "surpreendente". Como prova viva de que spoiler não estraga a experiência eu sentei para assistir Split. E gostei bastante.

McVoy está bem, apesar de fazer não 23, nem 8, mas 4 papeis. O resto é caricatura e não, não vou bater palma só porque ele tá pregando de veia saltada no fim. A menina de VVitch tá bem também. Não sei se a trama paralela do tiozão cheio de amor para dar foi interessante de alguma forma a não ser salva-la no fim (por sinal, bem previsível). A velha senhorinha psicologa tá bem também.

A surpresa é o Shymalan estar bem. Usando velhos truques e tal, mas depois de vagar perdido pelo vale das mega produções é bom ver o cara voltar de maneira eficiente as suas narrativas costumeiras. Que venha o team-up do homem de corpo despedaçado com o homem de mente despedaçada contra o homem inquebrável. Vai ser legal.
