Concept: Hen drones (human enrichment network)

A worker drone variant created as substitutes for maids, nannies and nurses, before humans eventually become so reliant on their services that society will crumble without them.

And they're lovecraftian.

Are these humans survived beyond Earth's destruction? Is Sister Canary an opposing faction to Cyn?

Yes, and kinda.

I say kinda because Canary's not so much part of a faction herself as she is a model designed specifically to be nannies and nurses for humans, especially ADF soldiers (anti-disassembly force), many of which Sister Canary raised in the orphanage herself, hence her being the trio's pseudo mother. But the four of them are allied with JcJenson, and therefore act against the solver's interest.

The planet they live on was an established colony pre-earth's destruction, but afterwards became the main hub for the company and refugees from other core collapses. I go a little more in-depth on JcJenson's current status in this post ^^
