Everyone is prone to pigmentation, one in particular is Melasma. Brown skin especially have seen an increase of melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Melasma is a common skin condition of adults in which brown or greyish patches of pigmentation (colour) develop. It is also known as 'chloasma and 'pregnancy mask' and is often found on the forehead, cheeks, bridge of the nose and above the upper lip.
