To help minimize blackheads, avoid oil-based skin care products, humid environments, tight clothes, and skin products that contain alcohol. Gentle cleanser switch Salicylic Acid or spot treatments with tea tree oil, azeleic acid, sulfur or glycolic ( alternative to benzoyl peroxide). Never squeeze or do any excessive scrubbing - otherwise it will make it worse and you can further damage your skin. It can take a few weeks for them to go away on their own, for deeply impacted blackheads see your Esthetician to carefully extract them. . .
