it’s the moqueca capixaba! There are big pieces of fish there too, and the ones made using a fish called badejo are incredible, easily one of my favorite foods when properly made, but I rarely get to eat it because it’s impossible to make and too expensive to eat often in restaurants (seafood in general is expensive here)

What are the hardest moments to rewatch? For me, it's the episode where Frasier keeps interfering with that family's house, and when Frasier and Niles lose the bear clock. Honorable mention to the wedding in the series finale
YES to Frasier returning to that house again and again. I find that so hard to watch! The other two don’t bother me as much. Other moments I find hard to rewatch:
the climax of that episode where frasier and niles find a dead seal outside of maris’ property and try to discard the evidence
when daphne has a meltdown and throws that woman’s laundry basket over the balcony
when niles gets drunk and embarrasses himself in room full of heroes, and martin yells at him
the episode where niles and frasier go on a double-date with two women up to a cabin. niles is having second thoughts because he’s still married to maris, just separated, and frasier starts going on about how they need to think of these women as “willing bodies” instead of actual people or something like that. obviously they overhear.
when niles gets the bird stuck on his head, is finally convinced to go and join the party anyway, and then the bird starts repeating insults/gossip about the guests
when martin is lying to gertrude moon about being impotent to get her to stop hitting on him, and the woman he’s actually interested in overhears
Some of these are really good episodes, so it’s not necessarily a criticism, but the secondhand embarrassment is so strong.
