🍱S U S H I • B A K E🍱 Preheat oven to 425 degrees Ingredients: 3 cups cooked white rice <rice brine> 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 tablespoon salt - in a small bowl, mix and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. while rice is still hot, fluffy rice then add rice brine and mix well. In foil pan, add brined rice and set aside. <sushi topping> 8oz pk cream cheese, softened 1/3cup mayonnaise 1 pk imitation crab (10oz), shredded and roughly chopped 1/4 cup cucumber, grated 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, diced 2 tablespoons unagi sauce 1/4 cup furikake Optional: nori sheets -in a big bowl, mix soften cream cheese & mayo. Mix well. Add chopped imitation crab, shredded cucumber and shiitake mushrooms. Mix till well blended. On rice, sprinkle half of the furikake and light drizzle of unagi sauce. Add sushi mix and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining furikake and one more light drizzle of unagi sauce. Put into oven and bake for 15 mins (till edges slightly golden brown) Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
