I received requests on how to take body measurements. Considering the current situation, I thought it would be a great idea to introduce you to a way of measuring your self from the comfort of your home. I prepared a sheet with a body diagram that shows you what measurement to take. You can refer to this as a guide and will be helpful for you to follow. In this explanatory video, I show you step by step how to take these standard body measurements. Thought the video to be a better, clearer way to understand this process.
