What makes me mad is Mr Ross the butcher is using a cleaver not a scimitar or butcher’s knife. Cleavers were meant for bones but these days we have bone saws (which work better) so uh that’s really weird of him. I know that for the movie it is cool to have him working with a meat cleaver but it is not accurate to actual meat fabrication.

Living "high on the hog" is a reference to the once preferred cuts of pork, such as the tenderloin, located along the back of the animal which were afforded only by the wealthy and therefore indicative of a lavish lifestyle.
