You can eat these tasty kabobs at any time of the day because they are versatile and easy to make. Whether you like beef or chicken, the marinated meat and charred vegetables will make you happy. Great for people who like to grill!
Ingredients: 1 lb 450g of boneless chicken or beef, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds. 1/4 cup 60ml olive oil. 2 tablespoons 30ml lemon juice. 2 cloves of garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon 5g paprika. 1 teaspoon 5g cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: To make a marinade, put olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken or beef cubes all the way through with the marinade. For the best taste, cover and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. The meat that has been marinated, bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini should all be threaded onto the wet wooden skewers one after the other. Use any extra marinade to brush on the kabobs. Put the skewers on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over a few times, until the meat is cooked all the way through and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred. When you serve your kabobs hot, you can dip them in your favorite sauce or put them on top of rice. You can eat your own kabobs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even dessert.
