I would imagine Mecha-Hisui, Normal RB-Ky, and RB-Fortune being friends. He met M-Hisui through MK-II being her partner, and his interest in RB-Fortune, but silliness ensues, they became best buds afterwards.

Don't mind JIKAKU, Insane Robo Lore stuff that I will not explain here.
