BERKUT
Berkut loves to spoil you. as a powerful noble, he can afford anything and everything for you. expect the highest quality of gifts, and a lot of that gift. so say you’re a fan of chocolate, Berkut would import the finest artisan chocolate in the land all for your pleasure. after all, you are his lover, and his lover deserves the absolute best. (still, finishing that artisan chocolate is going to take forever.)
Berkut also loves to indulge in your hobbies. if you’re a fan of chess, Berkut would devote as much time as he could to play with you. if there was a hobby you couldn’t share -- such as playing an instrument or drawing -- Berkut would still take time out of his day to share that hobby with you. he would love to hear you play your instrument (alternatively, sing) or watch you create masterpieces. overall, he just likes seeing you in your truest form.
even if you’re bad at these hobbies, Berkut would still compliment you on your ability. he thinks anything you can do is amazing, honestly.
part of why he’s so devoted to his work is because he wants to provide the best for you. he wants to be a man worthy of your love, and someone who can return the kindness you’ve shown him. he just wants to be someone you can be proud to call your own.
Berkut is very affectionate. in public, he can always be seen holding your hand or having his hand around your waist. in your private quarters, he adores showering you with kisses and seeing your smile. he wants both you and all those around him to know how much he loves you.
if you’re uncomfortable with either of these, he’d immediately stop. instead, Berkut would opt for kind words and gifts.
LUKAS
Lukas often worries he doesn’t show enough emotion around you. After being countlessly told how cold he can come off, he wonders if he acts this way around you. This is his biggest insecurity in your relationship, and while you may tell him otherwise (and it will make him feel better temporarily), he usually goes back to worrying not much long after. he cares about you, and he wants to be the best he can be for you.
there’s not a day Lukas wonders about the woman he was courting back at his village. he initially felt a little guilty, but knowing how happy and comfortable you make him feel makes him think otherwise. to him, you’re worth every second of his time away from home.
Lukas is always ready to help you with anything you need. if you ask him to help you become a better fighter, he will not hesitate. if you need help cooking, he would try his best. even if it’s not an activity he’s familiar with, Lukas would at least try to help you. you’re his s/o, after all, and that’s what you do for each other. he knows you’d do the same.
however, Lukas would be extremely honest if you asked for his help. if you want to become a better fighter, he would waste no time pointing out the flaws in your technique. likewise, if you asked him if he sees any problems in your relationship, he would be upfront. although he’s honest about these things, Lukas would address them in a soft, non-threatening voice. he’d try not to target you but if you want to make progress, honesty is necessary.
if you got upset at his comments, Lukas would stop and comfort you. he’d feel bad for being too curt with you, take you into his arms, and kiss the top of your head while apologizing.
