You deserve to be with him, anyways. You were, by far, the better person, and I'm sorry to cause strife. Here... [he holds up a tiny spider] This is Gavroche. You can keep hold of him, if you like. He is very kind.

She sniffs, wiping her eyes. "You- You mean it? I'm sorry I made you angry. I didn't mean to. I really don't mind if you have a relationship with The Spine as well... as long as it's okay with him..." Her eyes widen at the small spider, holding out her own hand. "Hello Gavroche. He's so cute! I can hold him? I promise I'll be careful." Almost all of her tears had dried by now.

"Hello there, friendo!" A short robot stands before you. He's bronze, has large orange sideburns and a thick orange handlebar mustache. Steam is drifting from a pipe in his hat. "What's your name?" He asks, pushing round glasses up the bridge of his nose.

His hat was a curious thing really, it intrigued him more than anything else, with the smoke escaping like that. It humored the monster  greatly.

Though as his focus shifted from the unusual hard gear, he noticed that this being was not human, but all… Metal? The monsters curious clicks began to escape him as he examined it more, and finally gave out a chirp.

Maybe he would not be afraid, since he himself is not human either.
