The disease was spreading fast. Every night was worse. Strigoi ran the streets like wolves, hunting more seamlessly now. Quinlan and his group had taken to the rooftops, attempting to wipe out the monsters like a rival pack. Currently, they had split, agreeing to circle back together at the first light of dawn.
Crawling down to street level, The Born was currently investigating something that had caught his eye. A string of decapitated strigoi littered the street, trickling into an alleyway. Careful to step away from the open wounds, he took to the shadows before peering down between the buildings.
In the dim light, a woman fought furiously, a pack swarming viciously around her. Acting quickly, The Born brandished his gun and headed toward her. Nailing a few in the head, a group closer to him turned their attention away from the female and started at him. Quinlan shot three more before one strigoi ran at him. Dropping his weapon quickly, he caught the beast by the forearms before slamming him hard against the adjacent wall. Grabbing his military grade gun once more, he took care of the thing before starting toward the woman again. At his approach caused the remaining strigoi to scatter, which he chose to ignore.
Keeping himself at least a foot away for both his safety and her own, he hid his weapon behind his back as to not frighten her.

((Backstory has a time and place- it can certainly be a defining factor that makes a character interesting, but I think it's kind of ridiculous that I've some people in past that seem to think a character's backstory needs to be a well written novel of interesting in order for the character to bed good? Like dudes, I've never been kidnapped or slain dragons in my time why should I expect my character to if I'm going for realism. It's fine to have someone start out as 'normal'. ))

big spoon/little spoon: neither. Aiden mostly just crawls all over Bigby and he gets annoyed and goes to sleep somewhere else.

who is more likely to pay for dinner?: Aiden is more likely to annoy Bigby until he agrees to split the bill.
what would they get each other for gifts?: Neither are very big on gifts.
who kissed who first?: Aiden kissed Bigby, more out of curiosity than anything else.
who made the first move?: See above.
who remembers things?: Both are more than capable of utilizing their brains.
who started the relationship?: There is no relationship in the traditional sense.
who cusses more?: They both cuss pretty extensively.
what would they do if the other one was hurt?: Depends on if the person hurt would be able to exact revenge themselves or not.
