Bryant Ranch Prepack issued a recall for two lots of Morphine Sulphate lots as the bottles come with labels showing incorrect dosages.
Protip 7/3/2024: if you take Potassium ER 10MEQ capsules from the pharmacy and it is peach and white in color, you should contact the pharmacy and have them check the lot number. There is a serious recall due to the capsules not being able to dissolve correctly, which can cause cardiac problems.
It is a Glenmark product.
