What will happen next in Paris Olympics 2024?
What a week and a half! The summer Olympics never fails to disappoint and Paris 2024 has delivered! But who will claim the most golds? The U.S. and China are very close, both with 21 golds as of today. The U.S. has a higher medal count but there is still lots more Olympics to go!
Today we will see who can move ahead with golds! Medals awarded today will include equestrian jumping, women's 10m diving, skateboarding, and wrestling among others.

Olympics day 9 recap
Day 9 and the end of “the gold rush” weekend. And what a weekend it was. 7 more countries added putting us at 70 different countries with medals! The USA is now on top of the medal count no matter how you sort it (except alphabetically 😆)
Algeria got its first gymnastics medal thanks to Kaliya Nemour (who has quite the story) and Noah Lyles out there winning the 100m sprint in a photo finish (with so many bells and whistles before the race even began!)
And the women’s high jump ended with 4 medalists! Two from Ukraine and two from Australia!
Now we start the week of knockout stages for all the team sport tournaments, track and field really ramps up and the addition of sport climbing!
Let’s see who takes the internet by storm this week!
It was also for the first time that India won a medal not only on the first day of the event but also on the last day to both begin and end the event on high and keep the hearts of billions of Indians pumping hard and fast till the last day.
The highlight of the day came in women s badminton singles where PV Sindhu clinched a bronze medal for India while China s Chen Yufei won the gold medal post her thrilling win over Tai Tzu-ying in the finals.
