Medblr help/advice needed!

Moving basically as far away as you can get from family/friends/social support for residency because that’s the program that you think best suits you--terrible idea? Good idea? Would I survive intern year without becoming horribly depressed?

Hey Class of 2019ers - I’m in the market for two practice NBME tests and idk which ones to buy. I’ve already taken form 19 (which was apparently a terrible choice...) - but has anyone else taken a different one? For those of you who have taken step was there one that felt the most like the test? But also which one will make me feel better about myself.....?

TBH I’m taking my first practice test since dedicated started on Saturday and I’m suuuuuuper nervous that I’m going to bomb it and that the last two weeks have all been for nothing...ugh.

I really need some help! (calling all medblrs!!)

I’m really struggling with learning names of medicines, and which ones are important to know as a second year medical student.

I have the book “top 100 drugs” but it seems to have more than 100 individual medicines in it...

So guys please help; how did you learn names, usesetc of medications for everything in your early years? Which ones did you learn?

Do any of you have any teaching resources you could share? Any help would be much appreciated <3 xx

MCAT advice?

Help me please, medblr! I’m looking at beginning my MCAT prep with the intention of writing the exam in Fall 2016 and I’m at a loss as to which prep materials I should be investing in. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. 

I’m currently in my second year of my undergrad, majoring in Anatomy and Cell Biology, if that’s relevant. Help a girl out? Thanks!
