Just got off a telehealth session with my psychiatrist and she agreed to lower my dose of abilify bc I’m no longer having flashbacks

can we talk for a second about how FUCKING STUPID insurance is

for example. today, my insurance decided to stop covering my medication because I don’t go to one of their ““““preferred pharmacies””””

tell me when that changed bc I’ve been on this insurance almost a year and have gotten the same meds from the same pharmacy EVERY FUCKING MONTH

I was gonna bitch about going to see my psych NP, but instead: I am grateful that I have the resources needed to treat my mental illnesses. I have been so lucky in finding what I need when I need it.

When the CMH org that you go to sucks ass and doesn’t get the preauthorization in, so you have to call them multiple times, meanwhile ur out of meds and the withdrawal is already starting to hit
