Latina was great and perfect at PalaBianchini, by clearly winning over the defending italian champs of Cucine Lube Civitanova. three sets and go, that was the Latina's law on tonight.
A good start for the home team, 12-6 in first set, then 17-12, with an attempt of comeback for Lube with Sokolov until 20-17, but in the end Latina won the first 25-21.
In second Lube tried to fight back, with Candellaro and Juantorena who gave the lead to Civitanova on 15-12. Latina fought back with Mvp Cristian Savani, taking the lead on 20-18, in the end a block of Starovic and an ace by Maruotti gave the win insecond to Top Volley on 25-22.
Medei tried to do something, putting on the court Stankovic and Kovar, and the third set is always on the edge, finished at the extras, with a spike of Maruotti and a block of Sottile which gave to Taiwan Excellence the win 28-26 in the set and in the game. This was the night of Latina.
