The twins grew up in a somewhat more remote area, which the whole place got cursed bc of magic misuse

which leads to lumi being implanted the tree

‎(Both twins are exposed to what forbidden magic can do, they take it differently just like how tartah/custas and coco did)

‎Been thinking abt if I should make one of the twins a host of the silverwood tree

‎originally i was thinking of Aether (abyss twin ver)

‎but now im thinking of giving it to Lumine.

‎Aether leaving her out of the blue increases Lumine's anxiety, especially when she can't remember what happened before he had disappeared.

‎Which could be a reason he disappeared from her, knowing their separation would be as unberable for her as it is for him, which would also be the thing that will keep her alive. But hes also researching forbidden spells, hoping to find or create the one that will heal hers and (equivalent of khaenriahn's) curses

‎Though Lumine does end up slowly warming up and finding comfort in the bonds she makes as she travels... so shes still at risk and shes aware of this so she does her best to keep people at distance further shown how nobody rlly knows her name.

‎and its made worse when she takes paimon on as an apprentice because now she's finding herself having more moments of joy since aethers disappearance

‎so ig what keeps her going now is the fear and longing regarding aether + fear of burdening paimon (or anyone rlly, she still believes her issues are her own)
