Purina Fancy Feast & Medeley canned cat food
I have learned over the past 2 years that this company has NO integrity, honesty and transparency are definitely not included in their mission statements! When fancy feast products became scarce, I started asking questions. Customer service said it was just an increase in demand and localized to some areas. The retailers said they were told it was can shortage. So I called the can manufacturers and the distribution centers. There was NO can shortage. The demand increase must have been by an invisible entity because the distribution centers said they were just NOT getting product from Purina and it was not local, it was a nationwide problem.
So now all of a sudden we have new labels with reformulated products. That is NO coincidence! They cheapened the product and slapped a new label on the can. That took time and inventory depletion of old product was part of the plan. Also the new reformulated product not only looks disgusting but none of my 20 rescues want any part of it after most of the cats ended up puking up the first serving.
This company is deceptive and does not have our pets best interest in their plan! My mission is to replace all their reformulated products with another supplier. Even if I have to start cooking for my cats, I will not be held hostage by a disreputable corporation that flat out LIES to their customers.
