MediaRecorder录音时的采样率
Android使用MediaRecorder录音时，设置编码为MediaRecorder.AudioEncoder.AMR_NB，那么采样率setAudioSamplingRate()只能设置为8000Hz，或者默认不设置，设置其他的会在MediaRecorder.start()是报RuntimeException，问题在于在4.0下不会报错，在2.3才会报错。
理论上设置编码为MediaRecorder.AudioEncoder.AMR_WB时，采样率可以为16000Hz，但我测试结果发现还是8000Hz。
具体原因不明，还需看下源代码。
