The person wrote Mediasphere did so many research, relatively speaking the Avon in it is better written than 50+ other fics (technically BF as I reckon, are commercial fanfics).
I mean:
1. How he tried to shut out outside world and tried to think (Dayna thought "that only leaves him vulnerable to the world") like everything is not existent
2. Talking Vila out of something while tried to sound like he didn't do anything really, but in a sense it did everything.
3. "strategic delay" thing. (eleventh chapter)
