Currently, 125,000 people die each year and 10% of hospital admissions are for Medication non-adherence (medication taken less than 80% of the time). We combined our Population Health Management technology with Samsung's Galaxy 5 LTE smartwatches to launch a standalone device that provides fall detection, one press emergency calling, medication management and health monitoring to replace obsolete Medical Alert Pendants. Heart rates, blood oxygen, medication adherence rates, BMI and steps are sent to a Remote Patient Monitoring Platform where mom's physician get paid to monitor mom's health. The goal is to reduce hospital admissions, deaths, and keep seniors healthy. HealthAssist has already earned PC Magazine Editor's Choice Award.
